Banana Pancakes {Paleo & Grainfree}

We love pancakes, especially these flourless Banana Pancakes! So simple with only 4 ingredients.


What you’ll need:

  • 5 eggs
  • 3 small bananas
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • coconut oil for cooking

What you’ll need to do:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Lightly grease pan with coconut oil.
  3. Cook pancakes until done on both sides.

Optional add ins: blueberries, chocolate chips, etc.

Topping ideas: peanut butter, almond butter, cinnamon, or honey. Enjoy!
